The Ferry is a friendly, comfortable and stylish dining pub located in the beautiful rural setting of Alveston Village, right in the heart of Shakespeare Country, quite simply we are a perfect village pub.
Always on offer is a quality range of cask ales including favourites Youngs Bitter and Sharps Doombar, and guest ales such as Old Speckled Hen, Bombadier, Old Hooky etc. Our Guinness is in a 'Glass of its Own', we have an award from a Guinness Quality Executive for serving top quality Guinness, we believe it is the best Guinness in the area!
We offer fresh home-cooked dishes of an exceptional quality, thanks to our Head Chef who prides himself on using the best seasonal, locally sourced fresh produce and that combined with the relaxed dining atmosphere, great service and friendly staff lends itself to an enjoyable experience you will want to repeat again and again.
