The Ferry is a friendly, comfortable and stylish dining pub located in the beautiful rural setting of Alveston Village, right in the heart of Shakespeare Country, quite simply we are a perfect village pub.

Always on offer is a quality range of cask ales including favourites Directors, Wye Valley Bitter and Purity Mad Goose. We are a Cask Marque accredited pub, our ales are independantly tested for quality and condition. Our Guinness is kept in excellant condition and we pride ourselves on serving a quality pint of "The Black Stuff" everytime. Also on offer are quality lagers Peroni and Carlsberg, with Somersby cider available on draught.

We have an excellant offering of red and white wines by the glass or bottle, supplied by local independant wine merchant Vin Neuf, Union St., Stratford upon Avon.

We offer fresh home-cooked dishes of an exceptional quality, thanks to our Head Chef who prides himself on using the best seasonal, locally sourced fresh produce and that combined with the relaxed dining atmosphere, great service and friendly staff lends itself to an enjoyable experience you will want to repeat again and again.

This popular night has become a regular event at The Ferry. Come along and enjoy one of our homemade pies, choose from a selection of four on the evening. £9.50 each, includes veg and chips or potatoes.
